What does therapy look like with me?

Thank you for your interest and visiting my website. In therapy, I think it’s important that there is a trusting, cooperative relationship where we can create hope for a better future, find purpose for your life, and work together to reach your goals. We will work collaboratively to empower you to create meaningful change in your life through encouragement, support, and understanding your concerns and perspective.
My clinical work incorporates multiple treatment approaches (developmental, interpersonal, multicultural, emotion-focused, and person-centered). Most importantly, it’s important to explore and understand someone’s experience by setting collaborative goals to create change. You’ll find therapy with me to be supportive, non-judgmental, and strengths-based.
Regardless of what you are dealing with, reaching out takes courage and I am glad you are seeking help to improve yourself and your situation. When you are ready to take that next step, please give me the opportunity to help you. I wish you all the best in creating change to be happy and live your best life.
